Gio Stockings use Royal Mail for all shipping. We aim to dispatch all orders on the day the order was placed. Please be aware orders placed after midday on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

EU Orders
Orders under €150 (including shipping and before discounts):
VAT and duty are already included – you won’t pay anything extra on delivery.Orders over €150:
You’ll be charged VAT and customs duty when your parcel arrives. If possible, consider splitting larger orders to stay under the €150 limit.
Important: Our customs labels automatically show the full product price before discounts. So even if you used a discount code, customs will see the original price. Be sure your total including shipping is €150 or less to avoid unexpected charges.
Orders Outside the EU
If you’re outside the EU, VAT (20%) will be removed at checkout when you enter your shipping address. However, your country may charge import duties or fees when your order arrives.
Most countries allow duty-free imports up to a certain value, but this varies. For example:
Canada often applies duty to lower-value items.
Duty (if applied) is calculated on your order including shipping costs.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office if you’re unsure of local rules. Any import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE – if you refuse any shipments upon delivery, you will still be responsible for duties, taxes and customs fees for the shipping. Please contact the relevant import authority as the goods no longer belong to us they now belong to you.
If your goods are returned to us by customs undamaged then we will issue an in-store credit for the goods value.
